Geoff Hobson has reported via twitter that TE Mickey Shuler, claimed off the waiver wire from the Miami Dolphins on cut-down day, failed his physical.  His spot on the roster immediately becomes open and the team will fill it within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Additionally, Hobson states that a TE may not get the spot.  The team may opt to fill it with another position.
