The Shameless Plug Post

Since this isn’t a Pittsburgh Steelers blog, I assume everyone can read. With that in mind, please allow me to shamelessly plug my own efforts and toot my own horn (Tooooooooooooooot!).

Anyway, I recently published my first book, a first-hand account of my experience as a teacher in inner-city Philadelphia. There’s no mention of Boomer Esiason or Chad Ochocinco or any Bengal in between. But I think some of you might still enjoy it, especially those of you who might be educators yourself.

Click the picture for more information. And please forgive me while for patting myself on the back so vigorously. I’ll get back to the Bengals now.

Congrats! Lived in South Philly for a little over two years. And, believe it or not, I preferred Jim’s Steaks over Pat’s and Geno’s. Thank you for what you do – shaping the future of our country/world is a thankless job. If you can shape just one kid, well, then you rock.

Thanks CK – sadly I never got to attempt the Pats vs. Genos steak debate. Gives me a reason to go back I guess. I still miss Wawa though. Best place on earth.

Congratulations Nate!! Best of luck on the book. Looks like a page turner. I’ll be picking a copy up for my wife and I.
