Well, it may have played out differently than most could have guessed, but man, the Bengals sure did seem to have a solid draft.
After Bengals fans climbed off the ledge on Thursday (looking your direction Mr. Seuberling) and realized what the Bengals accomplished, the total pull by the Bengals looks to improve this team right away. Then, the Bengals went ahead and added to their haul a handful of undrafted free agents that could potentially add huge impact.
First, the guys drafted:
This week I will focus on each guy and my thoughts about what he brings to the Bengals.
Then, Twitter caught fire with the announcements of other players the Bengals have signed:
- Defensive Lineman Julian Miller out of West Virginia
- Vontaze Burfict The once highly touted possible top 10 pick linebacker out of Arizona State
- Colorado Quarterback Tyler Hansen
- Indiana State Wide Receiver Justin Hilton
- Offensive Lineman Ben Bojicic out of Bowling Green
- UCLA Safety Tony Dye
- Colorado Running Back Rodney Stewart
Incredible amount of talent the Bengals assembled and it did not go unnoticed. Here are a few samplings from Twitter that I thought worthy to post here:

Cincinnati has put together one of the more impressive draft classes that I’ve seen in the past six years
Andrea Hangst @FBALL_Andrea
The entire AFC North is having a stellar draft, but far and away the Bengals are the best of them all. A+, without a doubt.

The Cincinnati #Bengals have absolutely dominated the draft as it pertains to my personal board. They have 8 of my top 108
Jim Trotter @SI_JimTrotter
said this yesterday, but it’s worth repeating. i *really* like what the bengals have done the last couple of years. #sidraft
And then John Gruden himself says during the draft:
“I like what Cincinnati has done in this draft.”
So do I John, so do I.
