About Us

Mickey Mentzer has owned and operated WhoDeyFans.com since early 2005. When leaving the stadium after the near weekly Bengal loss for so many years, Mickey was fed up with the commentary on the radio and wanted a voice. WhoDeyFans.com was born. Mickey still attends the Bengals home games as well as many away and can be seen tailgating in the WhoDeyFans bus. He still feels a little guilty for forcing the Bengals on his young children so he continues to hope for a winner for the kids. Come on Bengals, do it for the kids.

Nate Wilkinson has endured the blunt trauma of Bengals fandom for more than 20 years. He has survived the bloody tenures of David Klingler and Dave Shula and is anxiously awaiting the team’s first Super Bowl victory – or a ride on a unicorn, whichever comes first. He has covered pro football for the York Dispatch and previously wrote for FanSided’s Bengals blog, StripeHype. He has also won awards from the Associated Press Sports Editors, the Keystone Press Association and the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Journalists. And he’s never tested positive for sterioids or HGH. Yet.

Eric McMackin is a lifelong fan and observer of the Cincinnati Bengals. From Kenny Anderson to Carson Palmer and everyone in between, Eric has been there to share in the joys and the disappointments. Mostly disappointments. Okay virtually all have been disappointments. Yet hope springs eternal, and Eric looks forward to the day when he’ll be able to write about a Bengals Super Bowl championship. Until then, you get what you get. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and is the former Editor of Bengalsgab.com He has written sports and lifestyle pieces for various local publications in the past, and currently lives with his wife and two children in Richmond, Virginia.

Timm Bates is a staff writer for WhoDeyFans.com and is a native of Brandenburg, KY. He got his start in blogging at WhoDeyWeekly.com. He’s been a lifelong Bengals fan dating back to the Boomer Esiason days. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Engineering and a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. Timm, his wife Kerry and sons Austin (16) and Alex (14) live in Brandenburg, Ky. In addition to his work with WhoDeyFans.com, Timm works as an Oracle Applications DBA in Louisville, Ky.

JoeskiBroski - Joe Moore became a Bengals fan in 1996 because that’s the first time he can remember his father screaming at the television over some mistake a guy in a tiger patterned uniform made. He attended high school and college surrounded by a huge following for that team up in Indianapolis, but never caved into the powers of Peyton Manning and those winning ways. He is working on completing his Business Administration degree though Indiana University in hopes of one day helping the Bengals achieve that label of “A Dynasty.” Until that day comes he’ll be found talking Bengals on Twitter and spending each day of the week waiting for Sunday.

Kurt ‘donnieRedboY’ Campbell grew up in Loveland, OH, just 20 minutes north of Cincinnati.  Despite living in a household torn between Detroit and Cleveland loyal fans, Kurt stayed true to his roots and stuck with the Bengals.  When he left to attend college in Northern Ohio his loyalty was tested again while he was surrounded by Cleveland and Pittsburgh fans, but he stayed true.  He even went so far as to marry a Cleveland girl and was able to keep her devilish ways at bay.  Finally, when he relocated to Asheville, NC, he was able to maintain his faith in the Orange and Black while instilling his beliefs onto his two young boys.  The rest is history.

Adam Waters is the least knowledgeable WhoDeyFans.com writer, Adam has been writing for the website for several years and always tries to offer a fresh perspective and loves playing devils advocate.  When not home growing interesting posts for the website, he is often found playing with dirt in the comments.  He constantly finds himself at the games interviewing fans, taking pictures of the most ridiculous outfits, and antagonizing as many opposing fans as possible.

Adam George has been the designer and artist for WhoDeyFans from the beginning. When you come to our site and you think to yourself, man this looks really good, it is because of him.

Nick Seuberling is the producer/host of the Who-Dey Weekly podcast which can be viewed live every Wednesday night at 9 pm eastern. He is a Cincinnati native and lifelong Bengals fanatic. He spent his college years behind the mic at Bowling Green State University (class of ’03) calling numerous football, basketball and baseball games for the Falcons. He spent one summer on the air as an intern at ESPN 1470 WLQR-AM in Toledo, OH. Before coming to WhoDeyFans, Nick created and managed WhoDeyWeekly.com. Nick currently resides in Toledo with his wife Sara, twins Aly and Ben, and his golden lab Madden.
